As reported by the Jerusalem Post:
Barack Obama’s half brother Malik said Thursday that if elected his brother will be a good president for the Jewish people, despite his Muslim background.
In an interview with Army Radio he expressed a special salutation from the Obamas of Kenya.
On the Obama campaign’s official stop the smears page, on their website, they claim:
Senator Obama has never been a Muslim, was not raised a Muslim, and is a committed Christian
It seems like we have contradicting stories here………

I´m surprised at you all that make these unfounded SMEARS. I ask you all:
1 – What about Obama´s mother and her parents are they Muslims too ? They were the ones that brought Obama up and as far as I know, his grand parents are Christians.
2 – Did we not go to Iraq and Afghanistan to fight (and die) so people there can be free ? Have freedom of choice, speech, religion etc as we do here in this great nation ? But when it comes to Obama being able to choose his own religion our democracy doesn´t seem apply.
3 – You guys really have to make up your mind – his a muslim or not ? If you decide he is, then during all that Rev. Wright uproar it was wrong to go after him saying he was a radical christian rascist. You guys say he is a Muslim radical (when it suits you) “because his father was Muslim” then flip-flop saying he went to a radical christian church to worship – something NO Muslim would EVER do.
I think the issue is not Obamas religion nor ideas that matter to this blog. I´d give more credit and respect to this website if it´s authors said outright they don´t just like Obama no matter if Jesus came down from heaven and endorsed him.

All the half-brother actually says is that Obama’s family has a Muslim background. He never says that Obama was raised as Muslim. His half-brother said that he (himself) is muslim not Barack. More importantly, the direct quote from the half-brother is omitted where he identifies Obama, point blank, as a Christian.
I quote directly from that article:

Mark Toselli; I like your comment. Indeed, it is preferable for them to be honest. It is honest for them to say “we don’t like Obama because of his color”, instead of desinforming and lying about Obama. Obama is not a muslim, Obama is a christian. They don’t want Obama because he is black; that the truth. But if God had decided in his “agenda” that it will Obama, nobody can be against God and Obama will be elected in november.

Obama is a danger to our country being an apostate which is one who forsakes their born religion. Obama was supposedly not a muslim yet his fathers children after him are muslims…even his fathers last wife….Obama claims his father wasn’t very religious…but their family says different…..one set of people have no reason to lie…..and another is running for president and has everything to lose….who do you think is lying?

It does not realy matter about all the religious crap around Obama but more importantly was he an eligable candidate for the presidency, did he know he was not born in the US? Did he cover that up in any way. Seems alot of poeple from Kenya seem to believe he is their chosen son. I dont think this country will be any better off with him President, nothing will change untill the basic neccesities of life in this country get fixed. Health care is out of control, the government give away programs are out of control, the big business if this country is out of control. The average American doesnt seem matters in the grand sceem of things in this country. Its all about the big money from special intrests going into Washington. Do the politicians need to have salaries as high as they are? there are much bigger problems with this country that need to be addressed but no one wants to talk about them. One of the biggist is how the Media dictates what is news and what is not.

It’s fairly obvious that you people don’t know the difference between mulims or christians. Barack Obama is a poor candidate for either. By the end of this year you will know exactly who, what and why he is and does what he does. What fills a man’s heart comes out of his mouth and I’ve not heard him proclaim Jesus or Mohamad. But it would appear by his refusal to quit smoking and surrounding himself by homosexuals, butchering babies, pushing hate crime legislation, destroying America– well all I can say is, that kind of person is not going to my heaven.

I really do not care what religion he may be. But if he was not born in this country, then by all means he should have not been elected to the presidency.
