WE KNOW A LOT ABOUT SENATOR MCCAIN’S BEST FRIEND……NOT SO MUCH ABOUT OBAMA’S

If you have never been to Meghan McCain’s blog..McCain Blogette….check it out….on it you will find great behind the scenes campaign pictures…..

While perusing through her blog, you will see John McCain spending time with his friends, family, and advisers….and in particular you will see that he and Joe Lieberman are inseparable…..they are as close as two men can be…

On the flip side….we do not know much about Senator Obama’s friends….

In particular, it looks like Senator Obama spends an inordinate amount of private time with a man named Michael Signator….and he doesn’t want you to know who he is, and/or what they do together (full story about the mystery man HERE)

Maybe there’s nothing to this story…the reality is they are probably just really close friends…

If Obama wasn’t so dishonest about some of his other friendships, namely with….Rashid Khalidi and Bill Ayers….I don’t think anyone would pay attention to Mr. Signator…

According to the election commission he gave
Signator, Michael 3,471.92 to obama’s campaign

  2. D. Spencer Says:

You all are some lame folks. I suppose that you are wishing his grandmother further ill. Sad.

  3. nope…no one here has, or will say anything about it….it’s terrible news

thanks for demonstrating further, the sick mind of an Obama supporter…

you guys love to make fun of Cindy McCain’s substance abuse problems, John McCain’s handicap, a pregnant 17-year old, joe the plummber, and a downs syndrome child….

    we are civil, unlike you..

    thanks for coming D

  4. D. Spencer Says:

No Ray. I do not have a sick mind and the vitriol of the GOP against Obama and his family is in full swing, and is the quintessence of the resentment of the majority culture against successful African Americans. This is a tradition that has continued throughout American history but those of us who are gifted, well-educated articulate and successful will keep up the good fight and are never deterred. — See? There now; Truth doesn’t need to be attacked with accusations of uncivility. Ciao!

  5. Where is the truth?

You keep holding on to the falsehood that most are voting against Obama b/c of race….this is a dangerous, and an incorrect belief.

I spend a good amount of my time working on the South Side of Chicago, working with African Americans….those both successful, and those living in poverty..

I do this b/c I love and respect all people, including African Americans…

With this being said, I am enraged by the segregation, corruption, and crime that plagues Chicago. Our political machine is directly responsible for this, Barack Obama is a part of this machine-he has never challenged any of the criminal activity, which helps keep so many minorities impoverished…

This summer twice as many people died in Chicago, than did in Iraq…most of these people were black or hispanic…no one, including Senator Obama spoke about this, or brought attention to this crisis in our city….

To remain silent about this, and/or to tolerate this…is truly racist..

  6. Cough, Cough.

  7. D. Spencer Says:

    Dear Ray:

Thank you for your kind response. Race and its residual effects are deep in the fabric of this country, and racist ideology manifests itself in ways that those who practice it are consciously or unconsciously aware. Obama committed himself to Chicago’s South Side and its issues but now is operating on a different level. There are other leaders on Chicago’s South side at the grass roots level and a step or two above, who should be able to pick up the mantle. He is the United States senator for the state of Illinois, representing the entire state, black, white, Hispanic, Asian, rich, middle-class, poor, urban, rural, etc. —Blacks in leadership positions whose constituency is beyond only Af-Am. are often as “Johnny One Note”, castigated by not paying enough attention to all blacks or paying too much attention to them at the expense of the wider constituency. This is evident in the GOP’s condemnation of Gen. Powell’s support of Obama as being race based only. A good black leader knows that he or she must cut through the continuous, conscious and unconsciously race based criticisms from all sides and do what is right. That is the truth of which I speak and one that you would not appreciate unless you were a well-qualified, well-educated, ethical black professional in a position of leadership. Have a wonderful day today in the Windy City!

Trinity United Church of Christ adopted the Black Value System written by the Manford Byrd Recognition Committee chaired by Vallmer Jordan in 1981. We believe in the following 12 precepts and covenantal statements. These Black Ethics must be taught and exemplified in homes, churches, nurseries and schools, wherever Blacks are gathered. They must reflect on the following concepts:

    1. Commitment to God
    2. Commitment to the Black Community
    3. Commitment to the Black Family
    4. Dedication to the Pursuit of Education
    5. Dedication to the Pursuit of Excellence
    6. Adherence to the Black Work Ethic
    7. Commitment to Self-Discipline and Self-Respect
    8. Disavowal of the Pursuit of “Middleclassness”
    9. Pledge to make the fruits of all developing and acquired skills available to the Black Community
    10. Pledge to Allocate Regularly, a Portion of Personal Resources for Strengthening and Supporting Black Institutions
    11. Pledge allegiance to all Black leadership who espouse and embrace the Black Value System
    12. Personal commitment to embracement of the Black Value System.

  10. “… .. The point I was making was not that my grandmother harbors any racial animosity. She doesn’t. But she is a typical white person who, uh, if she sees somebody on the street that she doesn’t know there’s a reaction that’s been been bred into our experiences that don’t go away and that sometimes come out in the wrong way and that’s just the nature of race in our society. We have to break through it…” – Senator Barack Obama

there’s a reaction that’s been been bred into our experiences

  12. D. Spencer Says:

    Dear George:

I have to hip you to some history that has nothing to do with Rev. Wright. I think Rev. Wright , and also Jesse Jackson are envious of Barack and his accomplishments that were unavailable to them because of the racism of their time. — I am the 4th generation AF-AM college and post graduate educated blacks which includes surgeons, PhD’s and professors. My father was in the top 10% of his entering college class in the late 1940s at a white state school and lived in a special dormatory for such bright students. Although blacks could not enter the student union, etc. In spite of having white professors who said that they would ‘never give a Negro (not the word they used) an A, he still graduated Phi Beta Kappa. The medical school only admitted 2 blacks per year, max, regardless of their stellar qualifications. When he took his national surgical board exams, he earned the highest score ever recorded. Never do we let resentful haters black or white deter us because we live in a world full of both. friend and foe. The struggle IS indeed worth it! — Proudly, Obama ‘08

  13. Northshorelover Says:

D.Spencer is so smart, that this person creates a new word, “dormatory.”
D, if you are so highly educated, why can’t you even spell, DORMITORY.

Please be embarrassed and shame on your arrogance without substance.
    You are just like Obama.

  14. I commend you on your hard work and success .
I am well aware of the struggles and how wrong slavery was and that there a predjuduce people in America. I have gone out of my life many times in my life to defend African Americans .

However Obama dose not fool me I see right through him .
Ther are some African Americans are predjuduce and I do not tolerate Prejuduce or hatered for other people. Obama dose not fool me at all.
I am A Greek American. 1945-50 Greece was in a civil war Communist against people that wanted to establish a demicracy. Many Greeks are socilaist or have communist leanings in Greece and those that are American. As a Greek I would not vote for Dukakis for his socialist leanings Nor would I for the crooked crook Agnew .
I vote for characater and and ideology.
The Soviets have had stratgey to turn the anger and injustices perputated on the African Americans against America since after WWII. Liberation Theology and Balck Liberation Theology the black Panthers and other gruops along with Ayers and the FACT that Obama is a Socialist /Communist should seriously concern you and all of America .

    Best to you Spencer
I do not buy into Obama at all I see right through him

  15. North shore do not nit pick about spelling I am one of the biggest violators of that in the world.

I understand how African Americans are proud to see Obama and others of thier group do well. As I am proud to see Greeks that do well but there are good people and bad people and all points inbetween in any catagory or group of people and that is the only truth people need to be concerned with.

As Martin Luther King said we should judge a man by the content of his character not his skin colour. extend that to any group any race of man any etnic origins ecectra… it is a universal truth we should all stve for.

I see through Obama he is a Liar and he is a socialist and a slick little Harvard trained weasel . He is a Faceman for liberation and black liberation theology that cloacks itself in Chiristianity to hide its intention.

  16. D. Spencer Says:

One typo does not detract from my point, but you may harp on it if you like; since you have little else to support your point but traditional resentment. ( Besides writing here is not a doctoral dissertation or master’s thesis.) You are indeed proving my point. — Pride in well-earned accomplishment in the face of resentment by detractors is seen as arrogance. No way am I embarassed of my and my family’s accomplishments, nor should I be. When Af-Ams accomplish they are called “arrogant”, uppity, etc. We have more substance than you’ll ever know because it is born from centuries of struggle, pride in tradition, knowing who you are, and not letting others define you, especially the broader culture. I am indeed like Barack and Michelle and that is why I understand what they are going through and what it took for them to get where they are. I understand the basis of resentment against them, and am cheering them on. We have layers of substance that you will never begin to understand. — God bless Barack and Michelle — Obama ‘08

  17. The struggle is worth it indeed Spencer, but is ACRON and Redistribution of wealt and going back to the wealfare system that broke up families . Obama is not good for Black Americans at all he is going to set thing back
    and hinder the STRUGGLE.!!!!!!

  18. Northshorelover Says:

    D,

Yes, one typo does detract from your point. Well written persuasive comments are always free from grammatical mistakes and misspelled words. From what you have written, I have never guessed you are a highly educated person. Because those who are highly educated don’t usually make these mistakes, typo or not, nor they have to brag about how well educated they are. We can sense their intellect from the comments they make. If any, you should be ashamed of yourself,
since you failed to exemplify and utilize your highly educated self.

You are an excellent example of why over 95% of black people blindly support Obama.

  19. D. Spencer Says:

MLK’s dream was to see a day when we are judged by the content of our character and not the color of our skin, but that day has still not yet arrived, and perhaps never will. While I commend individual acts of anti-racism, institutional and societal racism must be fought as well. From what I know of the black middle class and upper middle class, which Obama represents, we tend to be centrist in our views, but aware of the impact of institutional racism and personal racism when it is held by a person of power. Most centrist blacks want what is best for the entire country and the middle class. –This is America and you are certainly free to think and vote as you chose but believe me, most responsible blacks in positions of authority succeed by being centrists and appealing to a broad base. — It is too bad that the GOP has to attempt to destroy Obama instead of build McCain up. But Barack is tough, as we are all tough and are accustomed to the struggle. You may call him a slick Harvard weasel, but he graduated magna cum laude (w/ high honors) from Harvard Law, and as the editor of the Harvard Law Review, was deemed the best of the best in his class–and to be the first and only Af-Am to achieve such distinction is a real accomplishment. Yet he cannnot promote his brilliance for being perceived as “arrogant”, “uppity”, etc. If he were white his accomplishments would be badges of honor, but for blacks, to discourage further achievement, he is criticized for it. But as I have said before, we keep our eyes on our goals and don’t let detractors deter us. Cheers!

  20. MLK’s dream was to see a day when we are judged by the content of our character and not the color of our skin, but that day has still not yet arrived, and perhaps never will. While I commend individual acts of anti-racism,

I am sorry that you see it that way D Spencer I am looking at Obama’s Character and content and it is not good at all.

You need to ask your Garndparents how they suceeded and your parents, you are falling into how neuvo rich 3dr genration children react and become brain washed in Liberal socailism

Your Grand parents suceeded by harnessing their anger like King did and Ghandi did and taking it and doing somthing.
OBAMA is Dangerous for America Period
Obama is a socialist his mother was a socialist so was his father and granfather and Frank Marsall Davis and his inspirational reading of Malcohm X so is Michelle Ayers the list of his asco gose on and on even ACORN is socialist so is Black Liberation theology etc etc etc
Maybe you are socialist as well Spencer or just being colour blinded which is it Spence ?ask your self.

  21. We have layers of substance that you will never begin to understand. — God bless Barack and Michelle — Obama ‘08

    teah right OK Spence sure

  22. D. Spencer Says:

    Dear Northshore:

Following your logic, I assert that you are uneducated since you wrote the following: “…nor they have to brag…”. It appears that you omitted a word such as ‘do’. You express the traaditional attitude of wanting blacks to be subservient, good manners notwithstanding. Impressing you with my education is not the issue here. The issue is that there is a tradition of African-American achievement and accomplishment that is generations old but little known because their existence is suppressed in the white media. The issue is also that we don’t let envious blacks or whites deter us. Believe me, if Obama were Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton, or someone less accomplished and less mainstream than Barack, he would not receive as much support as he does. In fact, in the beginning of the campaign Obama was not popular with blacks because he was not a stereotypic Af-Am. Just being black is not enough to appeal to the thinking black community. He has to have something to offer in terms of skills in negotiation, good, clear logic, and superior intellect. — You appear to represent the same old attitudes of envy and resentment that we have resisted for generations. Ciao!

  23. D. Spencer Says:

I am not a socialist but you can think what you like. I have worked hard to achieve what little I have (having worked 6 jobs simultaneously for a time while pursuing my 3rd graduate degree). My parents and grand parents and great-grand parents were confronted with racism as I have been but one finds ways to work around it to pursue one’s goals and thrive. The majority culture does not understand the survival skills that Af-Ams of distinction have had to execute. Just a little information for the unenlightened. Cheers!

  24. OK DSpencer
    Good luck
    and the best too you
    you have my respect
    George

    IMO Obama is a socialist

  25. Northshorelover Says:

    D,

You MUST not forget that you bragged about your backgound and where you came from. I have never bragged about my background openly and shamlessly as you did, though I am very proud of mine. If I did, you would have been correct. But the fact is I have never done that. Therefore, your logic is falsely stated. My logic does apply to your case but it doesn’t apply to mine. The assumption for the argument was completely different. A cold is a sickness but a sickness is not necessarily a cold. A can be B but B is not necessarily A. In many cases a reverse is NOT necessarily true!

I have never indicated if you make a mistake you are NOT well educated.

Despite your highly educated family status (you claimed as such,) you were not utilizing your bestowed talents to persuade others, provided what you posted in this blog is all true. I commented that is the reason why you should be embarrassed.

Brag about your background -> a mistake -> should be ashamed
But NOT the case: making a small mistake -> NOT well educated.
    What a leap of logic!

Again this is a kind of similar Obama style twist of logic.

Success is the best reward and revenge. I could cut and paste what you said about my education and my family’s education but it isn’t worth it because you are proving my point. You are disbelieving what I say because it does not concur with widely held, widely promoted views of Af-Ams. Being black in America is in my opinion a righteous heritage in spite of the media and the majority culture. Many of us don’t see it that way however, and it is unfortunate that our representations in the media are so one-dimensional. Any way, I was simply enlightening the unenlightened because the majority culture so often wants to cast Af-Ams solely in the role of living off of the public dole, lazy, etc. I figured that my story would be rare or unbelievable to people such as yourself. I don’t care what you think about me or what I write. I am just getting the message out there: as I said, enlightening the unenlightened, informing the uninformed. I will also add that while my father was excelling at the university, he worked in the steel mills during the summers to help finance his education. — Eyes on the prize — Chin up — Focus– Ignore detractors and Never, Ever give up.– You certainly don’t have to read or comment upon my posts. — Have a great evening — Ciao!
