Unlike his former adviser, Jim Johnson……….and, prominent supporter, Senator Chris Dodd……Barack Obama was not a friend of Countrywide CEO, Angelo Mozilo (pictured above…I never pass up a chance to post Mozilo’s spray-tanned pumpkin head), and therefore did not receive a “friend of Mozilo” discount, like Dodd and Johnson did…….

Instead….Obama had to work his Chicago connections (rezko?)……..where he landed a sweetheart mortgage deal from Northern Trust….and….a few extra perks….outlined HERE………

Hell of a deal….done the Chicago way

This is me last year…….with one of my neighbors (I’m the guy not wearing leather)

Tomorrow, my neighborhood……East Lakeview…AKA……Boystown……hosts its 39th Annual, Chicago Pride parade….

The parade averages close to 500,000 spectators…..and is a huge event for all….gay, straight….whatever…..

Every year……most machine politicians march in the parade…….(in fact, it has become a tradition of mine to deny a handshake to our schmuck governor, Rod Blagojevich, who tries to yuck it up with the crowd)

With that being said, Senator Obama has never been to the parade……..

In speeches Barry waxes poetic about his support for the gay community….tomorrow is his chance to show his support, not just talk about it………

Hillbuzz has been following the story closely, providing a countdown to the parade……and, as of today, Barry still has yet to confirm his attendance…….

Personally, I hope he doesn’t show…but, he really should……

Anyway, to all of my neighbors in the community have a great day…..my wife and I will be there, enjoying the beautiful weather…….

UPDATE: Barry did not show…. turns out he spent the day, yesterday………. playing basketball, and lunching……at the upscale East Bank Club….for those who do not know…the East Bank Club is a place to go get a steam, sit by the pool, and sip on smoothies…basically, it’s a place where Chicago’s elite hang out to see, and be seen…..

Way to show your pride Barry…….

Also, while Obama was rubbing elbows with the elite this weekend…….McCain was hanging with the gays…..

Finally, to all of the ignorant Obamabots who have already commented, and claim that McCain will not help the gay community….please remember one thing:

Obama and McCain hold an identical policy position on gay marriage…….they both oppose it….

While Obama speaks eloquently about the GLBT community….actions speak louder than words….and, he has done nothing for the community………absolutely nothing…….

This video, which I found on Rezko Watch, outlines the district in which Barack Obama represented in the Illinois State senate……….this is also the community he “organized”……..the district he claims he changed…what a joke…not a funny joke, but a fucking joke…a fucking lie……

The 13th district, Obama’s district, is a sad place…a place that has stayed the same for decades…..a place that money-bribed politicians keep down, for their own benefit…..

The 13th disctrict, is unfortunately known for out of control gang violence, drug warfare, school violence, hate churches, hate mosques, Louis Farrakhan, Jesse Jackson, Bill Ayers, Rev. Wright, corrupt alderman, and notorious slumlords……

Coincidently, on a conference call this afternoon, Senator Obama asked his top contributors to help retire Senator Clinton’s debt (press release here).

While it has become standard practice for the Obama campaign to do a weekly purge of people…….saying something stupid/racist/Anti-American/Anti-Semitic…….doing something illegal……..negotiating with terrorist groups……….or doing something completely contradictory to Obama’s lofty, unspecific message………

Today, marks the first day in the campaign, that team Obama has had to rid itself of a non-human……it is now official….the presumptuous faux presidential seal is history……it is has officially been ran over by the bus, that it was thrown under, and will never be seen again.

Good bye seal….we’ll miss you……

For the 5 remaining people in the country who haven’t seen Obama’s Spiritual Adviser…..and friend to Louis Farrakhan……..father Pfleger………. rant……you can see his oratory skills HERE……

When this tape was first made public, most American’s were shocked that a catholic priest……..an official spiritual advisor to Senator Obama (so close, that Obama turned to Pfleger on the day he had to disown Jeremiah Wright)………would put on such a disgusting display…….

Ironically, while this behavior shocked most Americans, Obama’s campaign team shrugged their shoulders, and didn’t blink an eye….why would they?….this is nothing new….

The Chicago Tribune wrote an interesting article today, about the political liability Chicago politics may be, to Obama’s campaign….in the article, linked HERE, there are MANY interesting tidbits, but the following quote, about Father Pfleger, stood out to me:

The mix of Chicagoans and outsiders in Obama’s headquarters can at times lead to a view of events through differing prisms. A telling incident was the internal reaction when video surfaced on the Internet of Obama’s friend, Pfleger, making derisive comments about Hillary Clinton from the pulpit of what until recently was Obama’s South Side church.

Staffers from Illinois were more inclined to shrug it off. They had grown accustomed to hearing over-the-top pronouncements from Pfleger, an outspoken Roman Catholic priest. Those from elsewhere were more likely to appreciate the potential for a public relations nightmare.

So in other words…..another racist rant…..from a close spiritual adviser to Senator Obama…..no big deal…..

On Friday…the post-racial candidate invoked Jesse Jackson style politics……threw down the race card……played the victim….and implied that republicans are racist

Way to stay on message, Barry…..I’m sure this comment will create many more Obamicans…
